Usage
- Apply oil on soles and palms and Gently massage in circular direction clockwise.
- Do it in the half hour to an hour before bedtime.
- For direct inhalation, apply between five to six drops (0.05ml – 0.3ml) of oil to a handkerchief/tissue and inhale occasionally.
